All reservations must be made online through our booking portal. Please arrive on time (not too early and not more than 10 minutes late). Services must begin and end on time out of respect for all clients. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all appointment details. Adjustments or cancellations can be made via that email or by contacting us directly. By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood all salon policies.
At The Gentle Touch, we require a non-refundable booking fee of R200 to secure your appointment.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other clients fairly.

Clients are required to be fully present and engaged during their service to ensure proper communication and desired outcomes.
Detangling starts from R200 and can exceed R750, depending on:
We do not rush or use harmful techniques. Your hair is treated with care and intention.
Failure to arrive with properly detangled hair will require detangling before proceeding.
There may be a waiting period of up to 10 minutes. Natural hair services can be time-intensive.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late results in a R125 late fee.
Repeated lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.
